Jarrod Keith Moore, 42, has been arrested in Raleigh County on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
On January 3, an officer with the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to Sullivan Road regarding someone possibly attempting to break into a car, according to the criminal complaint.
Upon arrival, the officer found Moore standing by the car with the driver’s door open. Moore then threw a piece of aluminum foil and a straw at the officer, the complaint alleges.
