A Princeton man is at Southern Regional Jail after choking two people back in February.

Dale Tracey Howell, 47, was arrested at approximately 11:30 p.m. on February 11, after deputies from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department responded to a home in Princeton regarding a domestic in progress, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Magistrate Court of Mercer County.

Upon arrival, officers found two victims who stated that Howell had tried to choke them after an argument.

Howell, who was still at the property, admitted this to an officer and was placed under arrest on two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery, the complaint alleges.

He was booked at Southern Regional Jail on April 21. No bond has been set.
